Legend Healthcare has Two Deficiency Free State Surveys for 2009!Legend Healthcare has a long history of very good annual surveys with the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS). We are very pleased to announce that for 2009 we have had two of our facilities so far receive deficiency free state surveys, an accomplishment very few Skilled Nursing Facilities nation wide ever achieve.

Opening Soon! - Legend Oaks - West HoustonOur newest facility, Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation – West Houston, is near completion with an anticipated opening in May, 2009. The facility is located at 7107 Queenston Blvd., Houston, TX 77095.

Construction Has Started! - Facilities in North Houston and EnnisChris Goldstraw, Legend Healthcare's Chief Development Officer, recently announced that construction has begun on two new Legend facilities. The first of the new facilities will be located in North Houston, TX and the second in Ennis, TX. Please check this website for more information in the coming weeks.
Legend Healthcare - Paris Resident Recieves Honorary GEDThelma Medders, a resident at Legend Healthcare - Paris, has received an honorary GED at the age of 88. The facility's Activities Director, Heather Handy, assisted Ms. Medders in accomplishing this long time goal.
